The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition function by managing recruitment operations, requisition processes, compliance activities, and candidate communications to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring experience. This role partners closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support end-to-end recruitment workflows. The position is responsible for requisition management and posting, USCGI compliance coordination, candidate inquiry support, and case management through ServiceNow. Success is measured by operational accuracy, compliance adherence, timely case resolution, stakeholder satisfaction, and data integrity within recruitment systems. This role contributes to a seamless hiring process by ensuring recruitment activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational standards. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS.
