About The Position

Recruiting at Relay Tx is an integrated, collaborative experience. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! As an ambassador of Relay Tx, this person will support the Talent Acquisition organization by scheduling interviews and manage the efforts around recruitment and hiring of new employees. You'll create a seamless (virtual) candidate experience. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about recruiting and developing a career in HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• 1–3 years of talent acquisition or human resources related work required
• You are tech saavy! You have intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and have a real love to making systems work to propel you
• You are confident in your written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
• You pride yourself on your organizational skills and your ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• You are detail-oriented and are energized about building relationships with candidates and internal client groups
• You are detail-oriented to a fault

Responsibilities

• You will coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams, as well as all related meetings including debriefs
• You will own confirmation and follow-up correspondences to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and e-mail
• You have a strong customer service mind-set and solution issues or flags while raising them for the team
