About The Position

Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors and takes down impersonators and automates protection in hours, not weeks. Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team. We're hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational engine of our talent function. You'll partner closely with our Talent Lead to keep our pipeline humming - owning candidate experience end-to-end, building automation in Ashby, and continuously sharpening how we interview. This is a 3-month contract with a clear path to full-time conversion based on impact. Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
  • Hands-on Ashby experience - you've built automations, pulled and interpreted reports, and tracked metrics across the funnel
  • Recruiting operations chops - you've meaningfully improved an interview process, scorecard, or workflow before, and you can point to the impact
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication - you're the calm, polished voice candidates remember
  • A real bias toward outstanding candidate experience - you sweat the small details that make people feel valued
  • Strong bias to action - SLAs are sacred to you - ambiguity makes you move faster, not slower

Responsibilities

  • Own scheduling and candidate communications across all open roles (Eng + GTM + Ops), ensuring no candidate ever waits longer than our SLAs
  • Build and maintain Ashby automations, interview kits, scorecards, and workflows that reduce manual work and tighten our process
  • Pull reports and track funnel metrics - pass-through rates, time-to-hire, pipeline health, etc. and surface insights that drive optimizations
  • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to continuously improve our interview process: debriefs, calibration, scorecard design, and candidate-facing materials
  • Identify and ship recruiting operations improvements - anything that makes the team faster, or improves candidate experience
  • Flex into other areas such as people operations
