About The Position

Cummings Electrical is seeking a positive, energetic, and self-motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a key role in helping us attract and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring teams, and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable utilizing technology, recruiting platforms, and social media tools.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and reprioritize quickly.

  • ICIMS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters throughout the full recruitment process by coordinating and supporting day-to-day recruiting activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to understand and support evolving hiring needs.
  • Create, manage, and maintain internal and external job postings.
  • Maintain candidate information and ensure accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with recruiting reporting, metrics, and analytics.
  • Support employee referral initiatives and recruiting campaigns.
  • Coordinate participation in career fairs, community outreach events, and recruiting activities.
  • Professionally represent Cummings Electrical while promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Assist with agency communication and coordination as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiencies, and overall candidate experience.
  • Support special projects and additional recruiting initiatives as assigned.
