The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the recruitment team on candidate management and coordination of interviews.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in HR Coordinator role, onboarding support, recruiting operations, customer support within HR
  • 1 year of human resources experience within the healthcare or insurance industry (Preferred)
  • Experience processing unemployment claims
  • Intermediate to Advance experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
  • HRIS experience within Workday, ADP, or similar platform
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with diverse members, management, employees and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; advanced problem-solving; ability to use advanced reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and design, implement and manage appropriate resolution.
  • Effective problem solving, organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HR compliance and labor law
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters with resume review, candidate screening, and job posting coordination.
  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling (phone/video/onsite), including confirmations, changes, and logistics.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a timely, positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to align schedules, share interview plans, and keep the process moving.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare basic recruiting status updates/metrics.
  • Support recruiting events and ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Other duties as assigned.
