Star Dental Partners (SDP) is a Dental Support Organization (DSO) that assists dental practices with non-clinical challenges and provides industry proven business support services. Our affiliated dentists live a higher quality lifestyle with more time focused on patients and less on administrative burden. We are currently seeking a 1099 temporary recruiting and onboarding coordinator to join our high-growth and fast-paced dental services organization (DSO). The recruiting and onboarding coordinator will primarily support our team of dentist and dental practice recruiters. This position will be responsible for executing on strategic sourcing plans, designed to increase applicant flow. Within this role, the recruiting and onboarding coordinator will oversee and direct all onboarding activities for hires across the organization while building meaningful relationships. As part of our commitment, we help our affiliated dentists to collectively achieve attractive business economies of scale resulting in improved efficiency and profitability while lowering operational risks. This is a temporary position beginning Monday, June 1, 2026 and ending Thursday, October 1, 2026. We are seeking a 40 hour week contractor, four (4) days per week in office (Monday-Thursday) Fridays remote. Hourly compensation will be offered and paid on a bi-weekly basis.
