As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively representing CCV’s values, culture, and opportunities to potential hires, building a candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs, lead the organization in hiring top talent, work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, reduce the overall time-to-hire, and ensure an excellent applicant experience. The ideal candidate is people focused, detailed oriented, and genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
