About The Position

We are seeking a Recruiting Associate to help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a fast-moving hiring process that remains organized and efficient. This is a critical role in supporting the growth of our dedicated team. You will help review candidates, coordinate interviews, manage communication with candidates and hiring managers, and keep our hiring process running smoothly. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more ownership across the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building to partnering directly with hiring managers on strategy. Our ideal candidate has an extremely high attention to detail, a strong sense of pride in the quality of their work, and excellent communication skills. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the rapid pace of a startup environment, wants to develop their recruiting craft, and is eager to grow into a full recruiting role alongside Beacon AI. We’re seeking a Recruiting Associate to help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a fast-moving hiring process that remains organized, efficient, and high-quality. This is a critical role in driving the growth of our team while also supporting our existing teammates. You’ll help coordinate interviews, manage candidate and hiring manager communication, keep our recruiting systems clean and current, and support the day-to-day execution that keeps Beacon hiring smoothly. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is highly organized, takes real pride in their work, and wants to grow into a larger recruiting career over time.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, people operations, executive scheduling, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • A positive attitude and a no-task-too-small mindset, paired with a strong interest in growing within a startup environment
  • Due to U.S. export control regulations, we can only hire U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status). We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support visa transfers. All work must be performed in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience using Ashby, our ATS
  • Interest in aviation, AI, or complex software products

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day coordination of Beacon’s hiring process, including candidate communication, scheduling, interview logistics, and ATS management, while ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
  • Keep recruiting operations optimized and organized by maintaining data accuracy, process hygiene, and strong coordination across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Help manage recruiting projects such as the creation of job descriptions, templates, metrics, and reporting processes
  • Represent Beacon honestly and compellingly to candidates, and help close exceptional talent in this competitive hiring
