About The Position

As a Recruiting Assistant for TQL, you will directly support one of the company’s top Recruiters with tasks throughout the recruitment process. You will find prospective candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain and update profiles in recruiting platforms while providing a best-in-class candidate experience. The role offers a $45,000 base salary, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, career growth within a robust recruiting department, and the opportunity to learn from a top Recruiter. Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the selection process.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM).
Assist in preparing interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, evaluation forms, and background documents.
Support the Recruiter with other day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
