About The Position

As a Recruiting Assistant for TQL, you will directly support one of the company’s top Recruiters throughout the recruitment process. The role includes finding prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining and updating candidate profiles in recruiting platforms while providing a best-in-class candidate experience. TQL offers a $45,000 base salary and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, along with career growth opportunities within its recruiting department and the chance to learn from a top Recruiter. The role is located at 2000 Daniel Island Drive, Suite 200, Charleston, South Carolina 29492. Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.

Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Proficiency with MS Office products.

Prior customer service or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the selection process.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM).
Assist in preparing interview materials, including interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, candidate evaluation forms, and background documents.
Support the Recruiter with other day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
