About The Position

As a Recruiting Assistant for Total Quality Logistics (TQL), you will directly support a top Recruiter throughout the recruitment process. You will find prospective candidates, schedule interviews, maintain and update candidate profiles in recruiting platforms, and help provide a best-in-class candidate experience. The role is based at 800 South Gay St., Suite 1800, Knoxville, TN 37929. The position offers a $45,000 base salary and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, along with career-growth opportunities in a robust recruiting department and the opportunity to learn from an experienced Recruiter. Requirements

Prior customer service or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large volume of tasks.
High sense of urgency and adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Proficiency with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the selection process.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM).
Help prepare interview materials, including interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, evaluation forms, and background documents.
Support the Recruiter with other day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
