The Recruiting and Operations Coordinator will provide support for Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza, and Henderson Distributing, a distributor of Big Easy Foods. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in administrative roles
• Post-high school education
• Intermediate to advanced technological skillset, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
• The Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects and schedules
• Trustworthy and reliable with a high degree of attention to detail
• Excellent critical thinking skills and is capable of risk assessment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Recruiting process
• Coordinate and Create Custom Marketing
• Schedule and Facilitate New Hire Training
• Prepare and Schedule Quarterly Training
• Manage Social Media Pages
• Support Business Meetings
• Additional Administrative Duties
