About The Position

The Recruiting and Operations Coordinator will provide support for Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza, and Henderson Distributing, a distributor of Big Easy Foods. Henderson is a diverse, family-owned and operated business for over 50 years, looking for driven, self-motivated, and innovative associates who strive to make a positive impact every day, and deliver a positive experience to customers, team members, and the community. The company has steadily grown since its founding in 1967, expanding from an industrial implement dealer to include Kubota tractors, construction equipment, lawnmowers, and later leisure and recreational vehicles like boats, ATVs, and UTVs. In 1999, Henderson diversified into pizza distribution, becoming Henderson Wholesale, which is now the 3rd largest distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza in the nation, with over 1,000 locations and plans to reach 1,300 by 2027. They also opened Henderson Self-Storage in 2020. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative roles
  • Post-high school education
  • Intermediate to advanced technological skillset, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
  • The Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects and schedules
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and is capable of risk assessment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Recruiting process
  • Coordinate and Create Custom Marketing
  • Schedule and Facilitate New Hire Training
  • Prepare and Schedule Quarterly Training
  • Manage Social Media Pages
  • Support Business Meetings
  • Additional Administrative Duties
