About The Position

High-Level Recruiter III responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Quality, and related life sciences functions. The recruiter partners with hiring managers and scientific leaders to develop hiring strategies, identify talent, manage candidate pipelines, and fill complex mid-to-experienced-level positions. The ideal candidate brings biotechnology or pharmaceutical recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to serve as a strategic talent advisor. This is a contract-to-hire position based fully onsite in Alameda, California. The pay range is $68.00 per hour. Individual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
