About The Position

The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting across openings in engineering, manufacturing, operations, facilities, and corporate functions. The role partners with hiring managers and HR, manages a high-volume requisition load across multiple local sites, and drives hiring from intake through offer acceptance. This is a contract position based fully onsite in San Diego, California, with a 9/80 schedule that includes every other Friday off.

Requirements

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Ability to manage 40 or more requisitions simultaneously.
Experience supporting a mix of professional, technical, manufacturing, engineering, or operations roles.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

Experience using BrassRing or similar applicant tracking systems.
Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or technical environments.
Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and business leadership teams.
Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
Support hiring across technical, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and corporate functions.
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates.
Build and maintain active talent pipelines.
Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring strategies and compensation recommendations.
Manage requisitions across multiple local sites.
Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records within the ATS.
Adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
