About The Position

S.i. Systems is seeking a Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Calgary. This role involves connecting top talent with opportunities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for building a talent pipeline, managing the recruitment process, supporting consultants, and ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 3 days in the office.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with a minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer-facing service experience OR 2 years of high-level competitive sport/activity and/or leadership experience; OR other equivalent experience considered
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer-facing experience
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, working environment preferred
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships
• Able to learn new complex ideas in a short timeframe
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
• Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile
• Is confidential, professional, honest and works well both in teams and individually
• Team oriented and collaborative
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media and in-person meetings

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and qualify candidates for in-demand roles using our proprietary database (MatchGuide) and referrals.
• Develop a proactive pipeline of skilled candidates aligned with client needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and interview summaries in MatchGuide.
• Conduct in-person or video interviews and complete thorough reference checks.
• Work closely with Account Executives to understand job requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts.
• Present a shortlist of qualified candidates ensuring alignment with client specifications.
• Prepare resumes for submission, schedule interviews, and provide coaching to candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their assignment.
• Assist with onboarding, timesheet management, and consultant check-ins.
• Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities.
• Track and report recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity within MatchGuide.
• Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned with company goals.
