About The Position

Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruiter to build and extend client relationships through excellent recruitment process delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. The role emphasizes high-touch candidate relationship management, customer focus, and responsiveness in client-facing activities. The Recruiter serves as a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; Financial Services and high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of client-facing experience interacting with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong communication skills in a client-facing environment.
• At least 3 years of applicant tracking system experience.
• At least 3 years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
• High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services, a Call Center, or a staffing background.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy to find candidates who meet client profiles and build talent pools for current and future requirements.
• Conduct client interactions in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
• Follow agreed client recruitment processes to deliver recruitment services.
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates during presentation and short-list processes.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions to candidates.
