About The Position

The Abeloff Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter for a full-time, individual contributor role in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The Recruiter will source, screen, and hire talent for the Auto Group. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the auto industry and experience in human resources. The role includes biweekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) options. Requirements

At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred but not required).
Recruitment experience in the auto industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the dealerships.
Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment sources.
Review resumes and applications, and conduct phone and in-person screenings and interviews.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment and hiring.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job placement centers.
Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote Abeloff as an employer of choice.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
