About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent for Paws Up Montana. Located on-site in Greenough, MT, this role partners closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across resort, culinary, administrative, and seasonal operations. By building strong university and industry pipelines, managing applicant workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance, the Corporate Recruiter embodies our core values and delivers an exceptional candidate experience aligned with premier luxury standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / HCM software (e.g., ADP), alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing platforms.
  • Valid State Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • background in hospitality, seasonal resort staffing, or high-volume management recruitment preferred.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment workflows, visa/international seasonal worker pipelines, labor compliance, and luxury service expectations preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized, adaptable to seasonal volume shifts, and capable of building trust across all levels of leadership.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative problem-solver with a strong adventurous spirit, love of the outdoors, and professional presentation under high-demand periods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with hiring managers to build targeted recruitment plans; source qualified candidates utilizing ATS tools, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, niche job boards, career fairs, and networking pipelines.
  • Review resumes, screen applicants for skills and cultural fit, coordinate interview schedules with department leaders, and guide candidates thoroughly through job details and resort expectations.
  • Assist in building college internship partnerships, attending career fairs, and executing counter-seasonal pipeline partnerships with winter resorts and international visa sponsor agencies (e.g., H-2B extensions).
  • Provide regular hiring status updates to department heads, leverage recruitment metrics to recommend strategy adjustments, and maintain a current, accurate applicant database.
  • Extend job offers within company guidelines and collaborate with the People & Culture team on pre-employment logistics, offer letters, background checks, and motor vehicle reports (MVRs).
  • Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to federal and state employment laws, internal SOPs, confidentiality guidelines, and equal employment opportunity regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of People & Culture.
