About The Position

The Recruiter will be responsible for assisting supervisory staff in developing, managing, and executing a full cycle talent and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational and business unit goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resource experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of HR recruiting software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in the development and maintenance of written job descriptions and compensation packages for all positions
  • Attract highly qualified candidates through creative recruiting, including social media, community outreach, job boards, and networking through various trade/professional organizations related to the safety industry
  • Source, qualify, and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
  • Communicate with candidates on the status of their application for employment
  • Collect, analyze, and report on statistical data as it relates to the Company's recruiting practices
  • Oversee onboarding process for new employees, including reference and background checks as well as conducting new hire orientation
