We are a clinician-operated, clinician-owned, female and veteran run organization whose mission is to support clinical systems so clinicians can focus on what's important: providing strong clinical care to individuals with autism. What you can expect from us: Support your work/life cycle. We have developed systems to support clinicians in navigating any personal or professional needs during their employment. Our directors and non-clinical employees focus on systems analysis, performance management, and behaviorally based safety so clinicians can efficiently incorporate those systems into treatment. Requirements

  • Active and current RBT certification
  • Professional, ethical, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and seek supervision as needed
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ongoing clinical development and supervision
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavior management strategies
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting within clinical or educational settings
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining confidential medical records
  • Patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations are essential for success in this role
  • No prior criminal history - Must Pass a level II background clearance before treating clients

Nice To Haves

  • Recruiting or talent acquisition specialist experience in ABA (1+ year preferred)
  • Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly preferred
  • Background in teaching or supporting individuals with special needs is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified RBTs by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and promoting our mission to serve individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Track and report recruiting metrics
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new hires to ensure they meet certification and compliance standards
  • Substitute as an RBT in therapy sessions (home, school, daycare, community), implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision while engaging individuals with patience and enthusiasm
  • Collect and document data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform care plans, ensuring accuracy in medical documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations
  • Support the development and implementation of behavior management strategies tailored to each individual's needs
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, progress notes, behavior logs, and care plans in compliance with medical records standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams-including special education professionals-to optimize behavioral health interventions
