About The Position

Precious Care ABA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians. This role involves working one-on-one with children with autism, helping them develop crucial life skills. The position is hands-on, with no prior ABA experience required, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided by experienced BCBAs. The company emphasizes turning everyday moments into learning opportunities and offers a chance to gain valuable experience in behavioral health, psychology, and education.

Requirements

• Currently in college or recently graduated.
• Psychology, education, or healthcare background is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable, patient, and energetic.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Experience with children is a plus (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule, especially PM hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with kids (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.)
• Students or grads in psychology, education, healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Work and play one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays to help them build communication, social, and life skills.
• Collect data to track progress, celebrate successes, and demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate with families to ensure skills learned in therapy are integrated into everyday life.
