About The Position

The Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment for high-volume manufacturing hourly positions, filling openings efficiently and in alignment with company goals. The role requires managing multiple hiring processes across sites and locations, building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, and providing a consistently high-quality candidate experience. The position spends 2–3 days onsite in College Park.

The Marzetti Company manufactures and sells specialty food products for retail and foodservice customers. Its retail brands include Marzetti, New York Bakery, and Sister Schubert’s, alongside licensed products for restaurant brands. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform full life-cycle recruiting for entry-level, primarily hourly manufacturing roles.
• Source active and passive candidates using job boards, internal databases, and external sourcing products.
• Develop knowledge of key repeatable roles and work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs for specialized roles.
• Screen candidates by phone to assess qualifications, skills, and values, and present hiring managers with vetted candidate slates.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, supporting and guiding candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct onsite and virtual job fairs and recruiting activities; engage local organizations and educational institutions to provide qualified applicants as needed.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
• Enter daily and weekly statistics in the reporting system.
