The Talent Acquisition team partners with leaders to identify and hire top global talent, developing and executing effective sourcing and selection strategies for a range of positions worldwide. As a Recruiter, you will manage recruitments, particularly internal-only recruitments, for various divisions. You will be comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously, from job posting and resume screening to initial screens, interviews, and offer management. Building strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers is key. Experience in sourcing and hiring technical talent across programmatic and non-programmatic functions is required, along with a deep understanding of internal divisions for talent mapping. This is an 18-month Limited Term Employment (LTE) position reporting to the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience in TA, HR, or another related field/role.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles, from early in career through senior leadership.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located.
  • Experience conducting global searches in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment preferred.
  • Experience with Workday or other ATS (Applicant Tracking System) preferred.
  • A track record of bringing rigor and resourceful creativity to talent challenges, and successfully adapting to shifting priorities and ambiguity.

  • Additional knowledge and experience in recruiting operations, talent sourcing, and/or human resources preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with key leaders and Talent Acquisition partners to understand organizational needs and hiring profiles to create and implement short-term recruiting strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal customers to explore initiatives for tapping into internal talent pools.
  • Lead the hiring process from research and sourcing to interviews and offers.
  • Develop diverse talent pools through creative sourcing techniques, including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Complete candidate assessments and recommend slates for hiring manager phone screens and interviews.
  • Prepare and conduct kick-off strategies and recurring meetings with hiring managers.
  • Assist with the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Manage applicant information and update status on the applicant tracking system.
  • Build relationships with HR partners and business leaders.
