About The Position

YQN is an international logistics online services platform providing services such as ocean and air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, trucking, and cargo insurance. The company uses internet and digital technology to visualize and optimize cross-border supply chain logistics. Its mission is “Simple shipping and easy freight.” YQN is seeking a dedicated, proactive full-cycle Recruiter to join its HR team in Romeoville, Illinois. The Recruiter manages the recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates through interviewing, offers, and onboarding, with the goal of hiring qualified and motivated people who align with company culture and objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position with a stated salary range of $60,000–$80,000.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate statuses.
Stay up to date with recruitment and hiring trends and best practices.
