Compensation is based on qualifying referrals and whether referrals go on dates. Referrals pay nothing to interview with the firm or be matched with clients. The role offers flexibility in schedule and location, and may be worked as a side hustle or for up to 40 hours. The company says it turns to its headhunting network first as full-time positions become available.
