Compensation is based on qualifying referrals and whether referred individuals go on dates with clients. Referred individuals pay nothing to interview with the firm or be matched with its clients. The role offers complete flexibility in schedule and location, and may be worked as a primary role or side hustle. The firm says its headhunting network is considered first as full-time positions become available.
