About The Position
Elite Private Search is a matchmaking firm representing successful men and women seeking a match. The Recruiter (also described as an Elite headhunter) finds prospective matches for the firm’s high-profile clients by networking in familiar and new settings. The opportunity offers complete flexibility in schedule and location, and individuals may work as much or as little as they choose. Compensation is based on qualifying referrals and whether those referrals go on dates with clients. Referrals pay nothing to interview with the firm or be matched with its clients. The role is presented as an opportunity to gain experience in matchmaking; as full-time roles become available, the firm says it first considers its headhunting network.
