About The Position
Elite Private Search is a matchmaking firm representing successful men and women seeking a match. The recruiter, also referred to as a headhunter, finds prospective matches for the firm’s high-profile clients by using existing networks and creating new connections. Compensation is based on qualifying referrals and whether those referrals go on dates. Referrals pay nothing to interview with the firm and be matched with its clients. The role offers flexibility in how much and when the recruiter works, and in location. It may be pursued as a side hustle; the firm says it considers its headhunting network first as full-time positions become available.
