About The Position

As a Recruiter, you will independently manage new positions end-to-end, keeping a close eye on relevant KPIs and smoothly guiding various stakeholders through the entire process. You are motivated by a passion for active sourcing and a growing interest in AI tools. This is how you get the best out of every application process! You will work in the People & Culture team, together with 2 direct recruiting peers, and report to our Head of People.

Requirements

At least 2 - 3 years of experience in operational recruiting, including active sourcing experience.
Extensive active sourcing knowledge, e.g., via LinkedIn Recruiter, and routine in using AI tools for sourcing, interview preparation, and job advertisements.
Initial experience in measuring and handling relevant recruiting KPIs.
Confident use of common ATS software, ideally Personio.
German at least C1 level, English ideally B2.

Responsibilities

End-to-end application management: from creating job advertisements to candidate search and conducting interviews, ensuring a wonderful candidate experience and success-oriented support for our hiring managers.
Development of target group-specific active sourcing strategies to identify and attract suitable talents for our team.
Analysis of relevant recruiting metrics and continuous optimization of the candidate journey, application funnel, and other important recruiting KPIs.
Use of AI tools to optimize work processes such as interview preparation and job ad creation, as well as internal recruiting tasks.
Point of contact for our hiring managers and support in employer branding.
