About The Position

Element Logic is seeking a Solution Designer to take on new challenges in an international environment. This is a demanding position within a growing company that offers a supportive and encouraging work atmosphere, prioritizing employee well-being. The role involves accompanying projects from inquiry to handover to project management, designing and optimizing customer-specific solutions using product-specific tools and AutoCAD, and creating presentations, quotes, supplier inquiries, project calculations, and schedules. The position also requires coordinating and documenting ongoing processes with the Sales Team and other departments, supporting marketing activities, and assisting Sales Managers with offer creation and follow-up, as well as inquiring about sub-trades and external components.

Requirements

• Completed technical training with an interest in sales (mechanical engineering technician or equivalent position), alternatively commercial training with technical expertise
• Experience in Sales Assistance / Internal Sales (does not necessarily have to come from intralogistics)
• Experience with CRM tools / ERP (Navision, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365)
• AutoCAD knowledge – ideally with Inventor environment
• Good English skills, both written and spoken

Nice To Haves

• Experience in project business is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Project support from inquiry to project handover to project management
• Design of customer-specific solutions and their optimization using product-specific tools and AutoCAD
• Creation of presentations, quotes, and supplier inquiries, as well as project calculations and schedules
• Coordination and documentation of ongoing processes in consultation with the Sales Team and other specialist departments
• Support of marketing activities & support Sales Team
• Creation and follow-up of offers and support of Sales Managers in the process
• Inquiries of sub-trades & external components
