About The Position

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of our IT BI team and actively shape the data foundation for important company decisions. Exciting tasks, modern technologies, and many opportunities for personal and professional development await you. You will develop infrastructure code, data pipelines, and automations with CDK, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, ensuring our data processes run efficiently and stably. You will analyze our data model, identify inconsistencies and optimization potential, and implement improvements together with our Data Engineers. For our business stakeholders, you will further expand our reporting landscape in Amazon QuickSight, ensuring that complex data becomes simple, clear, and understandable. In your role as a Data Analyst, you will conceptualize and develop end-to-end ETL processes, workflows, and interfaces with Amazon Step Functions, Airflow, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway. You will have the freedom to try out new technologies and frameworks, contribute ideas, and decide with the team how to use them more broadly in the future. If you enjoy questioning things, improving them, and creating real added value with your analyses, you are in the right place with us. We operate in an expanding, high-growth market and work in a startup context. This means: a lot of creative freedom, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
