About The Position

As a Business & Innovation Builder, you will identify, develop, and validate new product and business potentials to create sustainable growth for PURELEI beyond our existing core business. You will think entrepreneurially, question the status quo, and quickly bring ideas to fruition. You will develop marketable concepts from initial hypotheses, test them with relevant stakeholders, and use customer feedback and data-based insights to develop successful business models from ideas. With a strong hands-on mentality, high personal responsibility, and a great passion for experimentation, you will actively shape the future of PURELEI and ensure that innovation is not left to chance but arises systematically. This position can generally be performed remotely. Occasional visits to our location in Mannheim – e.g., for product sample inspection – are desirable but can be flexibly arranged.

Requirements

You have successfully completed a degree in Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a comparable field, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through professional experience.
You have a strong product understanding and experience in the development, validation, or implementation of new products, business models, or innovative projects.
You think entrepreneurially and love to develop, test, and continuously evolve new ideas based on insights.
You work data-driven and make decisions based on market analyses, customer feedback, and measurable results.
You are an organized all-rounder with an entrepreneurial mindset: You communicate confidently with suppliers and partners, work with self-discipline and independence towards your goals, and find unconventional solutions.
You have a good feel for trends, social media, and customer needs and know what moves our community.
You possess a high degree of personal responsibility, work both structured and pragmatic, and bring topics to completion with great speed.
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, question existing processes, and see changes as opportunities.
Working with modern digital tools and AI-supported working methods is natural for you and helps you work efficiently and drive innovation faster.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.

Opportunity Identification: You identify new product ideas, business opportunities, and market potentials and evaluate them regarding their strategic relevance and growth potential.
Business Validation: You develop ideas into initial concepts and validate them through MVPs, customer feedback, market analyses, and data-based experiments.
Innovation Building: You bring new product and business initiatives from the initial idea to a validated business model, thereby creating the foundation for future growth.
Experimentation & Learning: You establish a structured experimentation process and ensure that valuable insights are gained from every tested idea, accelerating future decisions.
Go-to-Market Preparation: Together with relevant stakeholders, you develop successful launch concepts and accompany new initiatives until market launch.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with Product, Brand, Marketing, Operations, and other specialist departments to implement innovations quickly and successfully.
Continuous Improvement: You continuously optimize the path from idea to validation and contribute to sustainably shortening our time-to-market.
