Requirements

Mastery of manual functional testing techniques, particularly regression and exploratory testing.
Ability to identify and write test cases from functional and non-functional requirements.
Preparation of test case execution, including setting up initial conditions such as test data.
Manual execution of test cases.
Analysis and documentation of test results, including recording bugs, defects, and other anomalies.
Classification of bugs, tracking their resolution, and producing associated reporting.
Support for anomaly resolution in collaboration with business, functional, and development teams.
Validation of corrections with the business and communication of results.
Supervision and coordination of staff necessary for the proper execution of testing activities.
Good knowledge of Agile principles, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Basic understanding of test environments and deployment processes with GitLab and Docker.
Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.

ISTQB Foundation Level – Tester (mandatory)
Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written, is required.

Nice To Haves

An experience in complex environments such as telecoms, utilities, banking, public services, or large-scale transformation programs may be relevant.
Experience in coordinating test teams distributed across multiple sites or offshore is a plus.
An ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification or equivalent would be an asset.
