About The Position

Concordia Wireless is seeking an experienced bilingual English–Spanish Construction Recruiter/Sourcer to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles. The recruiter will source, screen, interview, and hire candidates to meet staffing needs, working with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position in Carol Stream, Illinois. The pay range is $65,000–$75,000 per year, plus commission; compensation may vary based on factors including location, experience, education, and skill level. The ideal candidate has construction-industry recruiting experience, can recruit skilled labor, and is comfortable managing a workload of 15 or more requisitions whose priorities may shift weekly. Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Recruiting experience in the construction industry, including hiring construction roles such as Tower Technicians, Civil Ground Crews, Construction Field Managers, and Construction Project Managers.
Experience sourcing skilled-labor roles.
Ability to manage 15 or more requisitions with priorities that may shift weekly.
Strong sourcing skills, with examples of creative approaches to filling niche roles.
Expertise in Boolean searching.
Experience using Facebook postings and Craigslist to recruit for specialized roles.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Manage offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding procedures.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay current on recruitment industry trends and best practices.
