About The Position

The company works with 95% of Fortune 500 companies and specializes in staffing and services solutions in manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and maintenance. The On-Site Recruiter develops recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified people for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-placement roles. The recruiter screens candidates to assess whether their qualifications meet open positions, participates in networking and outreach activities, assists with reporting, maintains candidate and sourcing information in Aerotek's online systems, and uses company resources to resolve conflicts. After successful completion of the hourly training period, the position offers a $50,000 base salary and the potential to earn an annual performance-based bonus of up to $10,000. After one year of tenure, the base salary automatically increases to $55,000.
Requirements
- Customer- or sales-focused experience.
- Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-placement employment.
- Screen contractors to ensure their qualifications meet open positions, including through interviews, reference checks, skills testing, and background checks.
- Participate in networking activities such as career fairs and cold calling schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Aerotek.
- Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
- Maintain documentation in Aerotek's online systems to track candidate information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies.
- Use Aerotek's available and appropriate resources for conflict resolution.
