About The Position

Private Label Staff (PLS) is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support one of its dedicated client accounts and assist with recruiting initiatives that help grow the business. This role offers the opportunity to learn, make an impact, and grow a career at a growing, entrepreneurial recruiting firm. As the company expands, the role offers a path into Senior Recruiter, Account Management, or Recruiting Leadership.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting efforts for a dedicated client account to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Assist with job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing.
• Support internal projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that contribute to PLS's growth.
