Recruiter

Dirac, Inc.•New York, NY
•$90,000 - $110,000

About The Position

Dirac is building BuildOS, a creative suite that brings manufacturing engineering workflows together so manufacturers can move from engineering design to production faster. The Recruiter will help assemble the next generation of Dirac by managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and inbound candidate management through screening, interview coordination, offers, closing, and recruiting operations. The role recruits individual contributors across Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, and GTM, and helps build the systems and talent pipelines needed to scale. The Recruiter works directly with hiring managers and organizational leaders, takes ownership of searches, and independently develops plans to solve ambiguous hiring needs. This early-team role offers significant responsibility, autonomy, trust, and ownership over hiring. Dirac expects intensity, judgment, resourcefulness, and a high standard of execution. Employment is restricted to U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR (22 CFR § 120.62).
