About The Position
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services throughout Arizona. CBI provides prevention, education, and treatment for people experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness, using evidence-based models. The Recruiter develops and executes recruiting strategies that support organizational staffing objectives and deliver suitable candidates for assigned positions. Requirements
- GED.
- Two to four years of previous work experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Marketing.
- Experience with Dayforce software.

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives.
- Deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.
