About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter for its Charlotte, North Carolina office. The role handles all facets of recruiting and partners with managers to build field, warehouse, and administrative teams. It is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after an introductory period. The Recruiter uses sourcing strategies and a focus on a positive candidate experience to attract talent across multiple offices and lines of business, including the East area and beyond. Work-related travel to East area locations may be required for recruiting activities and relationship-building with schools; mileage is reimbursed.

Requirements

• At least three years of full-life-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, together with a bachelor’s degree; an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience successfully managing multiple responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Greenhouse ATS experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions for multiple offices and lines of business using full-life-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit skilled residential and commercial door installers, service technicians, warehouse associates, administrative employees, and managers across the East and beyond.
• Apply creative talent acquisition sourcing strategies to identify candidates.
• Conduct initial applicant phone or video interviews and serve as applicants’ primary point of contact throughout the evaluation process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent the company professionally at career fairs, campus fairs, and technical school engagements.
• Travel to East area locations for recruiting activities and to foster relationships with schools, and attend virtual and in-person career and job fairs to conduct interviews.
