The Recruiter owns full-cycle hiring across Tagg-N-Go's locations in a high-volume, high-turnover environment. The focus is quality of hire — putting people in front of managers who will stay and perform, not just fill a shift. This role keeps every site staffed and the pipeline moving, and partners directly with Site and District Managers to support fast, confident hiring decisions. Target-driven and persistent — treats open roles like a number that has to move, and doesn’t let candidates fall through the cracks. Fast without being careless — can work a high-volume funnel and still make good judgment calls on fit. Strong communicator and negotiator — clear and confident in writing, on the phone, and face to face, with good instincts for selling the role honestly and closing the candidate.
