About The Position

ASUS is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate (G&A) teams within a fast-paced hardware technology environment. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 15-25 active requisitions at a time and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities. This is a hands-on role requiring strong sourcing capability, business acumen, and the ability to drive hiring outcomes efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise, including sourcing, screening, and closing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Solid understanding of Federal and California employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume requisition loads (20+ concurrent roles preferred).
  • Experience recruiting across Product, Sales, Marketing, and/or corporate functions.
  • Experience creating and analyzing recruiting metrics and reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Technology and/or hardware industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting employment-based immigration processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned business groups, managing 15–25 concurrent requisitions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and drive interview processes from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Lead offer negotiations and close candidates effectively.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates; provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Oversee pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding coordination.
  • Serve as point of contact for employment-based immigration cases (L1, H1B, TN, PERM) in partnership with external counsel.
  • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies for contract and temp-to-hire roles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, systems, and candidate experience.
  • Support additional HR or organizational initiatives as needed.
