About The Position

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is seeking an in-office Recruiter in The Villages, Florida. The nonprofit home health provider has served patients for 50 years. The Recruiter supports staffing goals by sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining job postings, and coordinating recruitment activities with area Administrators. Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the healthcare field.
• Nurse recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing through resume databases and job boards.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate up-to-date job postings for internal and external posting boards.
• Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategies to maintain a flow of qualified leads.
• Review resumes and credentials for alignment with position requirements, including skills, experience, and knowledge.
• Coordinate with area Administrators on recruitment actions to meet staffing goals for each office.
• Support Administrators with interviewing, job fairs, open houses, and recruiting events.
• Obtain mailing lists from professional groups to conduct direct recruitment mailings.
• Cold-call candidates from resumes, review resumes, and screen candidates.
