We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring for mid and senior level roles across the Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design (AEI) industry. The ideal candidate brings a track record of delivery, strong recruiting fundamentals, and the ability to assess talent and partner effectively with hiring leaders. This is a hands-on recruiting role responsible for managing searches from initial intake through offer. You will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insight, evaluate candidates, and ensure an organized and positive hiring experience for all applicants. This role is best suited for someone with proven recruiting experience, preferably in AEI or a related professional services environment, who is confident in sourcing, screening, and building strong working relationships across the business.
