About The Position

You will own the full candidate journey from first outreach to offer. Your primary focus is GTM hiring across sales, marketing, and customer success, but you are equally comfortable recruiting across product, engineering, finance, and G&A. You are flexible, nimble, and never fazed by a new function or a shifting priority. At Daloopa, we only hire the best, and you take that seriously. Every candidate you put forward raises the bar. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful GTM concentration, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, data, or AI.
  • You have recruited across multiple functions including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations. You are not a specialist, you are a full-stack recruiter.
  • You are an executor. You close reqs. You can show us the hires you made, the timelines you hit, and the results you delivered.
  • You have a high bar. You do not fill seats, you build teams. Every hire you make should make the company stronger.
  • You know how to find and engage passive talent. You can show us how you reach people who are not looking and get them interested.
  • You are a confident communicator who earns the trust of candidates and hiring managers quickly.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, high-volume environments where priorities shift and the bar is always rising.
  • Experience with Rippling or a comparable ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in a startup or high-growth company and agency experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting across GTM roles including sales, marketing, and customer success, while flexing into product, engineering, and G&A as needed.
  • Source and engage candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Rippling, referrals, niche communities, and direct outreach. Do not wait for people to apply.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines so the team is never starting a search from zero.
  • Screen every candidate thoroughly and deliver a focused slate of strong, well-vetted finalists to hiring managers. Good is not good enough. Every slate should reflect the best available talent in the market.
  • Drive interviews forward, coordinate feedback, and keep every stakeholder accountable to timelines.
  • Own the candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer. Every candidate, regardless of outcome, should walk away with a positive impression of Daloopa.
  • Keep the ATS (Rippling) clean, current, and accurate so the team always has a clear picture of pipeline health and progress.
  • Build and leverage AI tools to sharpen sourcing, automate repetitive work, and make every part of the recruiting process faster and smarter.
  • Track and report on key metrics including time to fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion so the team can move faster and hire smarter.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand what great looks like for each role and deliver candidates who raise the bar.
