About The Position

TransLoop is looking for a driven, proactive Recruiter to help us attract top sales and operations talent to fuel our continued growth. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to closing—while delivering an exceptional candidate experience through their first week on the team. Requirements

  • 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience or freight sales experience.
  • High levels of proactivity and persistence—must be comfortable owning outcomes.
  • Strong ability to network and build internal and external relationships.
  • Creative sourcing mindset with a passion for trying new strategies to find and attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring new hire classes are consistently filled while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and team expectations.
  • Support and participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, on‑site hiring days, and other targeted initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed hiring KPIs, including time‑to‑fill and funnel health metrics.
  • Follow up with new hires to gather feedback and support a positive early employee experience.
  • Attend networking and industry events to proactively identify and engage top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from candidate to employee.
