About The Position

Endeavor is seeking a Recruiter to identify and hire engineers, product professionals, and technical leaders to drive Endeavor's growth. This role involves managing searches from initial contact through offer acceptance. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and ensure all candidates, regardless of hiring outcome, are treated with respect and kept informed. Requirements

• 1–4 years of recruiting experience.
• Ideally, some exposure to technical roles (agency or in-house).
• Empathy for candidates: ability to understand unspoken cues, deliver difficult news with care, and leave a positive lasting impression.
• Solid sourcing fundamentals and a drive to continuously improve them.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication skills; outreach should be personalized.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches without losing track of candidates.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a startup environment.
• A bias toward building process rather than waiting for it.
• A growth mindset: receptive to feedback, quick learner, eager to expand technical knowledge and career.
