About The Position

Corporate Service Management (CSM) America is seeking a dedicated full-time Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team to help service our clients. CSM is a well-established facility management and janitorial services company with a strong reputation and exciting growth trajectory, currently servicing the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. We take pride in delivering dependable service while building a supportive, people first workplace. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Recruiter will help oversee all aspects of the recruitment process including onboarding, and compliance. The HR Recruiter reports directly to the Senior HRBP.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in human services, business or related field preferred, or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of full-life cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, change management, with working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of managing the onboarding process preferred
  • Proficiency working with various software such as ADP WFN and Fountain.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focus centric with strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and handle sensitive data in multiple environments.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Sr. HRBP to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes across multiple job boards to increase applications.
  • Screens applications and select qualified candidates based on position criteria.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and local recruiting events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company’s technologies, processes, and serve as a subject matter expert.
