About The Position
ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team! This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team members in our MN, ND & SD Markets. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred. This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (in-office 4 days/week) located at 965 Decatur Ave North, Golden Valley, MN 55427. As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
Requirements
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to develop recruiting plans
- Ability to employ creative and non-traditional recruiting strategies
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred
