About The Position
At Verstela, the guiding principle is that the company is successful when it helps others become successful. The Recruiter (Sales & Recruiting) role involves making daily sales calls to local businesses, visiting clients onsite, collaborating with hiring managers to develop staffing solutions, interviewing candidates, and mentoring and guiding jobseekers. A large portion of the day is spent talking on the phone and emailing clients and candidates. The position is onsite in Elgin, Illinois, with pay of $28.00–$33.00 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- At least two years in a client-facing role.
- At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
- Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients.
- Strategize and create service delivery plans.
- Visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers on staffing solutions, and conduct candidate interviews.
